Christian Brothers Automotive Frisco

Repair was fine and done in a timely manner. But they attempted to upsell me for literally over 10x the price of the original appointment. A $140 oil change and inspection would’ve been an insane $1500, with charges like $300 for cleaning my headlights and $250 for cleaning my brakes. Downright insulting. Absolutely will not have my business again because I was treated like an ATM instead of a customer.

I recently visited the Christian Brothers Automotive location in Frisco to diagnose and repair an issue with the rear hatch on my 2018 Hyundai Elantra that would not open. The team quickly identified the problem, clearly explained the repair, and completed the work professionally. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and I appreciated the honesty and transparency from start to finish. My hatch now works perfectly, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and focused on customer service. I would gladly return for future automotive needs and recommend this location to others.

Team at Christian Brothers Automotive Frisco at Lebanon Road is absolutely incredible! They welcomed in with outstanding service, clear communication, and real integrity. Walked us through the quote, explained the necessary work and ultimately gave us an assurance which is a rare feeling in the auto world these days. As for the actual repair, they went beyond and we truly appreciate it. Lastly, their complimentary transportation service was a big plus also (again, very rare these days). If you’re still taking your vehicle to another repair shop in the area and leaving frustrated, do yourself a favor and give this place a try. They’re honest, professional, and genuinely care about their customers. We are not going anywhere else. Thank you!

I had Christian Brothers in Frisco do a timing belt job on my ‘Yoda. Everyone here is very prompt and professional, I was surprised how quickly the work was done. They did shuttle me back-and-forth to my house, which was extremely helpful and saved me probably $100 on Lyft or Uber. Estella was especially kind & friendly, her customer service skills are surely a great benefit to the company. I will return the next time I need service.

I’ve been to Christian Brothers a few times now, and they’ve helped me out every time. The team is always professional, honest, and easy to work with. I especially want to shout out Jeff for his customer service — he and Jayme really go above and beyond to make sure everything is explained clearly and taken care of. You can tell they genuinely care. Thank you to the mechanics as well for the quality work. Every repair I’ve had done was handled quickly and done right the first time. Even if they seem to be on the pricier side. You’re definitely paying for good, reliable, and fast service. In my experience, it’s been worth it. I’ll definitely keep coming back when I need work done.
